Séphora AMSELLEM

Séphora AMSELLEM

The Founder - Lawyer at Lyon Bar Association

A Strategic and client-focused legal practice

With over six years of experience in renowned law firms - ranging from niche boutique practices to global organisations including Big Four firms - and a position within a major French industrial group, I chose to establish AMS Law to offer clients independent, personalised and committed legal support. This multidisciplinary and multicultural career path, at the intersection of business law, real estate law and international law, now shapes a cross-functional approach to each case, focused on a comprehensive understanding of the legal, economic and human issues involved.

Client relationships rooted in confidence and clarity

I place great importance on the human dimension of the lawyer-client relationship: attentive listening, responsiveness, clarity, risk anticipation and transparency are at the heart of my professional commitment. Each case, regardless of its complexity, deserves tailor-made attention and strategic long-term support.

Academic Background

• Master's Degree in International Business Law – France • Master's Degree in European and International Law – University of Leicester, UK • Paris Bar School (EFB) – Avocat training • Admitted to the Paris and London Bars, then transferred to the Lyon Bar – Avocat since 2016

An International and Interdisciplinary Network

Thanks to a network built throughout my academic and professional experiences, I am able to refer you to trusted foreign colleagues or highly specialised practitioners (in tax law, employment law, IP/IT...) and to collaborate with them effectively on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters. The firm also works closely with a trusted network of professionals in real estate (architects, property experts, developers) and in business (accountants, strategy consultants, tax advisers) to tackle complex legal issues in real estate and business law from a 360° perspective.
